Ted S. Tweed - Waunakee Community Band - Wisconsin - My brother, Tom, and I were talking the other day and were reminded that we both had played under the baton of Karl King. I was in massed bands in Mason City, IA, (North Iowa Band Festival) directed by King (in the late 40's and early 50's) and my brother had played a few times in the Ft. Dodge Municipal Band (as a guest high school musician).
